Okay, I'm really upset people.  I've done it again.  I just lost one and a half pages of beautifully written prose,  and I really don't know how I quite managed to do this, actually I do.   I accidentally hit a delete key which is located on the lower part of my new keyboard, the number pad to be exact, and I tried to locate my saved copy,  but instead saved the copy of everything that I had just deleted,  so I brought up a completely blank page and am now starting over.  All that work, frigg!

What did I talk about? Hmmm. I did comment on The Nate Berkus Show which the networks are airing at various times during the day, you can't miss it if you want to see it.  The show is pretty good for what it is, tips on interior design which I could use some assistance.  I like my homes to look nice.

Of late some people are calling me inspirational.  My friend Nancy says she found me to be inspiring ever since I lost my ability to walk, she thinks I'm wonderful because of my good attitude.  I don't know about that.  Its true I never complained about my disability,  I just didn't see how whining about it could make things better,  so I didn't.

Zac's sister May says she finds me inspirational because of all the exercise I do on Cruella.  Once again, I don't think of myself as inspirational, I really had no choice.  I did not want to be diabetic, nor do I want to die from being overweight, so for me,  the decision was simple, either change the status quo or update my will.

However, I do know someone who is inspirational and for me, that is Zac.  Zac is a true hero as he saves lives every day.  Yes, Zac is a doctor and it is part of his job.  I find Zac inspirational as I do everyone who works in the health care industry, firefighters, police, and teachers because where would we be people without them?  And for those of you who don't think Zac is the best doctor in the world, well, most of you know his true identity,  so I encourage you to google his name, and check out what people think of him, you'll see that I am not exaggerating.

It is rather easy to think positively, yes, even in the event of weakened health,  just remember that there is always someone who is worse off than you and count your blessings, you'll find you have more than most people.  I know I do!

I have had to stop taking my daily dose of baby Aspirin as I'm getting too many bruises on my legs, arms and thighs.  The last time this happened, Dr. Alladin told me to stop taking the aspirin until the bruises go away, when that happens, I can resume taking the Aspirin.  I worry that I could have a heart attack,  but I suppose I should just trust that my heart muscle is improving because of the exercise.

I also am now putting flax seeds on top of my cream of wheat everyday.  I like the texture of them in my porridge and I'm sure they'll help keep me regular, something I seem to have a problem with, yes, I know my grammar in that sentence is atrocious!!!!

I did watch the season premiere of the final season of Oprah.  I guess all of you know by now that Oprah very generously gave everyone in the audience an eight-day vacation to the land of the Koala Bear, Kangaroo, Paul Hogan and The Great Barrier Reef.  If you don't know that I'm talking about Australia, I suggest you take a course in Geography.

I would be happy just getting a ticket to be in the Oprah audience so I don't know how I would react being given a trip to Australia, those lucky sons-of-guns.  By the way, it was nice to see John Travalta escort Oprah to the stage, he really does seem like a lovely man.

Last night/early this am., I really had a workout on Cruella.  I tell you I was battling the elements.  Inside the screened-in porch,  (location of Cruella,)  it was so windy and chilly, I almost reconsidered going back to bed, alas, I just put on a sweater and sucked it up!

I hope you won't be too disappointed with me, but because of my disappointment in losing my original prose for this post, I am cutting today's post short, I know you will understand.
