It is Saturday. one more day until I weigh in. one more day until I go back home to Toronto, one more day that is dark, dull and depressing.

I have never been diagnosed with the condition, but I feel I must suffer from seasonal affective disorder (SAD) as I always get a little down when it is dark, like it is today.

Oh, I don't get so sad that I want to slash my wrists, but I do feel lazy and don't feel like accomplishing very much, or is that just a weekend thing?, I certainly don`t feel like singing on Saturday!!!!

I have about five chapters left to reading the book "Freedom," and am thinking of submitting my name to Oprah to be part of her reading group for this book, I think I could contribute some insight to this book, yes indeed.

Did you all see that episode on "Doc Zone" where they featured the story on the two little girls who share one brain?, this was very moving and interesting to watch, I am so glad that I transferred this episode onto a dvd for future showings.

My post today will not be long because I am busy completing alot of tasks that need doing before I leave the cottage on the lake tomorrow.  There is so much that I have to do, one of which is doing a list of "To DO Items" so that Zac can reference after I have left.  I will do the things on the list that I can do, but because Zac will be staying, well, naturally I can't do everything on the list.

I am extremely nervous about weighing in tomorrow, last night I ate a whole pizza for my dinner, it was a cheese pizza that President's choice puts out, and it is delicious, frequently the grocery stores sell out on this item, have you tried it?

I am in the process of copying all the digital video devices (dvds) that I haven't yet copied and I need to pack them all up as I will be taking quite alot of them with me when we leave for Gainesville, Florida next month.

  I am starting to get very excited about seeing my kids, and Louise, and Biff, well Biff is my brother, can you imagine having a brother named Biff?, seriously, what was my family thinking of when they came up with this name, I bet he was named after some nurse's boyfriend, hehe.

Seventy days until Christmas people, you better start making your shopping lists so that you know what you have to get and so that you don't buy impulsively.  I am going to stay in my budget this year and I am not going to overspend like I have in the previous years of my life, I mean it.

Zac has gone to town to get the newspapers, he does this every Saturday, and I have already received three phone calls, I have to try and not get too distracted with talking on the phone or my chores won't get done, thank goodness Winter is keeping guard, she stares out the door just waiting for some boat to dare get close to our island, I think everyone up here is familiar with our Winter, she has barked at over 500 boats this summer, and we're still counting, Winter is very consciencous, and would give up her life to protect us, Winter really is amazing!!!!!

It is starting to clear up outside and I do believe the sun is coming out, thank goodness, it needs to warm up, I'm getting some frost on my keyboard!!!!!

Well people I need to start my chores so I'm off, remember that there may not be a post tomorrow as I will be in transit heading back to Toronto.
