I had a tough time doing my workout on CC this morning, my feet were acting up, they were not only typically swollen, but they gave off alot of pain, oh well, maybe they'll be better tomorrow.

For the record, it did warm up yesterday, it wasn't ninety degrees, but it was pleasant.  However, weather conditions back home in Canada seemed to have been interesting, I heard on the news that parts of Canada, and of course, the North Eastern States of the United States (U.S.) got violently hit with snowstorms, forcing many highways and roads to be shut down.

It is again, very cold here this morning, Zac and I are planning to go out for breakfast at the International House of Pancakes (IHOP,) it is our favourite place to go for breakfast and this will probably be our last time to patronize there, since we are leaving for Canada soon, oh so very soon.

Snowstorms are okay for yesterday, even today, but I hope that the inclement weather stops soon so that Zac, Winter and I shall not face too many problems on the road home.  The drive home is long enough, and tiring, without having to worry about hazardous conditions on the road, such as a snowstorm, so if there is anything that you can do, to assist our getting better driving conditions, please do whatever that thing is, Zac, Winter and I would appreciate an event-free trip home.

Well it seems Miss Britney Spears can't help but be in the news, she is accused of stealing lyrics from the song by the Bellamy Brothers ""If I said you had a beautiful body," for her song, "Hold it against me,"   I have not heard either song, yes I know, I'm so into things, but I hope things work out for Brittany, I do know that she has had a rough couple of years and it would be nice if things started going smoothly for her, don't you think so?

Did you know that the RMS Queen Mary 2 (QM2) is a Cunard Line ocean liner named after the earlier Cunard liner Queen Mary, which was, in turn, named after Mary of Teck, the Queen Consort of George V.  With fifteen (15) restaurants and bars, five (5) pools, a casino, a ballroom, a theatre, and a planetarium, the QM2 is the largest ocean liner in the world, and, at the time of its construction, was the longest, widest, and tallest passenger ship every built.  I would love to go on the Queen Mary 2, I have such nice memories when Zac and I did a crossing on th

My brother Biff and his family are scheduled to come over to the house that Zac and I are renting this afternoon, it is a farewell dinner of sorts; we were originally going to go out to dinner, but Zac thinks I need to stay home and keep my feet elevated as much as possible before we leave for Canada.

In addition, we are going to go and visit Grandmama, Louise's Grandmother, Vivian, this afternoon to say goodbye to her, and that, Zac feels, will be too much time already for me to not have my feet elevated.  I have to follow doctor's orders, don't you know.

Okay, I have been wondering about this for some time, and now that it is in the news I thought I would share with you something that has been on my mind for some time.  I wonder, and don't laugh at me as I have my reasons for believing the following, but I'm wondering if I could have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS.)

Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a debilitating condition of physical and mental fatigue that does not lessen with rest.    CFS does not have a known cause or cure, but many sufferers believe that their illness began after a viral infection.

A 2009 study found a link between the XMRV virus, which is found in the DNA of mice, and CFS, when the virus was identified in blood samples of sixty-eight (68) out of one hundred and one (101) CFS patients.  However, researchers now say that those samples were contaminated in the lab, and that the virus is not the cause of CFSDo any of you out there have any knowledge or history with CFS?, if so, please share your experiences with me.

I was wondering two things this morning, and they are both Hollywood-related, first, do you think Kathleen Turner was a man before she was in her present body of a woman, and, second, do you think Barbra Streisand's husband, James Brolin, drinks?

Well people, I have alot to do today, I have to get ready to take Winter out for her walk, and Zac is already complaining that he wants to have his breakfast, so I better get on with things.  So should you.

Have a great day, and be good to yourself,  you are pretty special!
